Senior Tech Lead -DevOps

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Lead – DevOps to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our cloud and platform infrastructure. You’ll guide DevOps engineers, partner with development and security teams, and help build reliable, secure and scalable systems that support rapid software delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the elimination of manual toil by building fully automated CI/CD pipelines, enforcing complete Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and delivering self-service tooling that empowers developers.

• Ensure system reliability and resilience through comprehensive observability, well-defined disaster recovery strategies (RTO/RPO), and continuous improvement via incident analysis and automated remediation.

• Maintain a modern, secure technology stack by implementing repeatable upgrade frameworks, validating changes in production-like environments, and executing zero-downtime deployments using advanced release strategies.

• Establish deployment standards and the “Golden Path,” embed DevSecOps best practices into all workflows, and mentor teams through strong documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Deep knowledge of CI/CD systems and automation frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).

• Proven experience implementing observability solutions (monitoring, logging, tracing).

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with security best practices in cloud-native environments.
