Senior QA Engineer (Performance Testing)

Cloud Solutions International Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer – Performance Testing to join our QA team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and execution of performance and load testing strategies to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance of software applications. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of performance testing tools, methodologies, and is capable of diagnosing complex system performance issues.

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans and test cases.

• Use tools such as JMeter to conduct performance testing.

• Analyze test results and system performance to identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and issues.

• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to drive performance improvements.

• Provide detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Define performance benchmarks and SLAs in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Participate in system architecture reviews to ensure performance is considered in design.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to test strategy and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in software QA with a focus on performance testing.

• Strong expertise in performance testing tools (e.g JMeter)

• Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks.

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).

• Solid understanding of system performance, memory management, and multithreading.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
