Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective quality assurance processes, ensuring the highest standards of software quality, and leading testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure products meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.

  • Leading the QA’s in designing QA test procedures.

  • Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.

  • Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.

  • Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.

  • Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.

  • Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.

  • Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.

  • Responding to requests from the design team and management.

Job requirements

Qualifications : 

  • 4 - 6 years’ of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience in test paradigms in web, mobile, services (API) and db levels.

  • Good knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification and Risked Based Testing.

  • Experience in deploying cloud based applications and understanding on the application deployment architecture.

  • Domain knowledge related to health care applications.

  • Knowledge of Agile practice.

  • Knowledge in Micro Services, REST and SOAP API’s, Jenkins, JIRA, TestLink,TestRail, Postman, Selenium or Cypress.

  • Proven experience in test paradigms in web, mobile, services (API) and DB levels.

  • Experience in requirement coverage and test coverage reviews.

  • Performance and security testing experience.

  • Functional test automation experience.

  • Big Data and IOT testing experience is an added advantage.

  • Experience in Healthcare Domain.

  • Experience in Leading testing in a micro services environment.

  • Testing experience in Cloud Technologies.
