Job description

Engineering & Process Governance

  • Support Scrum team-level governance, ensuring ceremonies and processes are consistently followed.

  • Track and report engineering and delivery KPIs (e.g., velocity, DORA metrics, quality indicators).

  • Drive adoption of engineering best practices, including CI/CD, coding standards, and quality gates.

  • Facilitate retrospective and process improvement initiatives across development teams.

Compliance & Risk Governance

  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, Saudi Health Data laws, etc.).

  • Assist in planning and executing compliance audits and regulatory assessments.

  • Maintain and update the project/program risk register, ensuring risks are mitigated proactively.

  • Act as a liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies where needed.

Program & Delivery Governance

  • Support program-level governance by consolidating KPIs across multiple projects.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards/reports for leadership visibility on delivery performance, costs, and timelines.

  • Conduct project health reviews (scope, schedule, budget, risks).

  • Enable portfolio-level oversight to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in PMO, Governance, Project/Program Management, or Business Analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, or regional equivalents) is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, or similar).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to work across multiple geographies and stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.

  • Ability to interpret data and present insights via dashboards and reports.

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

  • Proactive mindset in identifying risks, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities.
