Associate Tech Lead - Fullstack

Cloud Solutions International Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Tech Lead to join our Software Engineering department. As an Associate Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented engineers and driving the development of innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining fullstack applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

• Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks to ensure timely project delivery

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive their adoption within the team

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification. A postgraduate qualification is preferred.

• Strong Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of software engineering and product development

• Knowledge of Agile practice & DevOps

• Knowledge in Core Java, JEE, Spring boot or C#, .Net Core

• Front end Technologies (Such as JavaScript, Typescript, Angular 2 and higher)

• Familiarity with Micro Service Architecture

• Ability to test your code and the code of others

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience

• 2 - 3 years of technical lead role experience

• Experience of implementing Micro services

• Experience in Cloud Technologies
